Last updated: 15 October 2026

RA Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Auckland, New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through raagency.co.nz, how we use it, and your rights. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles. Where we work with Australian clients, we also aim to handle information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

We only collect what we need. This may include:

  • Details you give us in our enquiry and quote forms, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Information you share when you email, call or message us, or when we work together on a project.
  • Website usage information, such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver our services.
  • To send you information you have asked for, and occasional updates about our services. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
  • To measure and improve our own advertising, for example on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We will not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. These help us see which pages are useful and whether our ads are working. These tools may collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity, and the providers may process it overseas under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without cookies.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your information when needed to run our business or deliver your work. This may include trusted service providers such as our website host (Webflow), email and file storage providers, analytics and advertising platforms, and our accountant. Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand, including in Australia and the United States. When this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected in a way that is comparable to New Zealand law. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes using secure, password-protected systems and only giving access to people who need it. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. To make a request, email us using the details below. We will respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

7. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz. Australian residents can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

8. Changes to this policy
